Hawaiian Watersports 

Me and two friends went with company because I cannot swim. They charged more, but informed us that we would have a personal tour guide for 4 hours. The tour guide arrived on time and was very courteous. We started our day with kayaking, which was pretty cool. Then we took a break to eat lunch, which they provided. A sandwich and a bag of chips, no drink. That didn't really bother me.
The tour guide informed us that we probably could go snorkeling directly in front of where we were sitting. He pointed out several dark spots (reefs) and told us there were probably fish there. He then told us he was going to run to the store and get a bottle of water and asked if we wanted anything. We thought he would just be gone for about 15 minutes. He came back in an hour. When he came back he asked how snorkeling was. First of all, I can't swim therefore how did he think I was going to go snorkeling. I thought that was what he was there for. Second, my friends went to the spot, but did not see one fish.
We left the beach at 1 pm thinking we were going home, however the owner called our guide and informed him there were two other girls who needed to go back to the mainland. We were told that we had to wait until 2pm for two females that needed a ride back. I asked to speak to the owner. They told me that they were not a taxi service and the ride we received was a courtesy. I told him we paid for our ride when he charged us all $140.00 each and transportation was included. He was rude and told me there was no one else available to take the girls back and there was no other choice unless we found our own way back. Our guide parked in front of their water sports shop and we slept in the van. Needless to say that the females we were waiting on did not come until 2:15 pm. I feel they were very unprofessional. Basically he was paid upfront and our happiness as customers did not matter to him. That's really unfortunate!
