CANCELLATION POLICY

• Any cancellation received less than 7 days from the date of the scheduled trip will be charged the full amount of the charter.
• There is no charge for rescheduling an exclusive charter provided that the day requested is available. Chupu Charters, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or postpone a charter due to mechanical problems or poor weather. No charge will be incurred by our guests should these circumstances arise. In any event, we will do our best to accommodate you and get you out on the water!
