In contrast to the somewhat uncontrolled development in bordering areas, the resort town of Wailea is definitely on the up-market scale with its tastefully structured buildings, landscaped gardens, and golden beaches that soften the lava rock banks that dominate the coastline.
As would be expected, top of the range facilities complement these superior venues for opulence and indulgence. The Golf Club sports not one but three championship courses, all distinctive in their own style. The Tennis Club is similarly world class with 11 courts and strict adherence to rules and regulations. Shopping is on the designer level with the big names stealing the show. Food is eclectic and entertainment is lively.
It is undeniably in keeping with international standards so what more could you ask for?
