Hotel Lanai and Henry Clay's Rotisserie is ideally located in the central highlands of The Island of Lanai. The old Hawaiian Country Inn is secluded among decade-old towering cook island pines. A historic landmark built in the early 1920's, Hotel Lanai treats all guests to the personal and family-like ambiance one might expect from a country inn.
Restaurant/Bar
Henry Clay's Rotisserie is fast becoming Lanai's premiere dining experience. The signature restaurant nightly features American country cuisine with a cajun twist. Chef Clay has spent much of the last two decades in Hawaii, where he has rounded out his craft by making good use of Hawaii's regional foods. As a native of New Orleans, Chef Clay learned from great regional chefs and his own family's culinary heritage.
