This town is charming, is the home to the most visited spot on the North Shore of Kauai - The seabird sanctuary at Kilauea Point. Not too long ago, this was the main reason people visited Kilauea, but now there are many reasons to stay in this picturesque town.
There is a beautiful lighthouse and Kahili beach (aka Rock Quarry beach) is a fantastic long sandy stretch fringed with trees and is popular with fishing enthusiasts. Kilaluea point is the place to go for brilliant scenery this is where you can spot nesting birds, look for sea turtles in the sea below and frolicking dolphins.
