Abbey Vacation Rentals 

I went surfing around all over Hawaii to find a nice place to stay before I came and I have to tell you Abbey Vacation Rentals was the most first class company I dealt with.

I heard about Abbey Vacation Rentals from a blurb I read in a forum about how they only rent condos that have been recently refurbished and updated. I surfed their site and spoke with their customer service and found this to be true. Let me tell you about the customer service, it is outstanding; they don’t answer the phone like you are interrupting something, they are very helpful, answering my many questions.

I had seen several comments online about some hotels or agencies being more interested in their bottom line than customer service, even some that seemed to run a bait-and-stitch operation. This is certainly not the case with Abbey. We had purchased a condo for a week, and out of the blue, not 12 hours after our purchase a friend calls us to give us a free place to stay on the big island. Murphy’s Law, just paid Abbey the night before and this happens. Well I called them back and they were nice enough to refund our money, wonderful. That is a pretty big deal when there is so much competition over there. This tells me that this is an unselfish company that has a heart.

When you travel to Hawaii, you do not completely know what you’re getting until you get there. I can tell you from my experience if you go with Abbey Vacation Rentals you will be taken care of. If you listen to the entire message when you call they give you an afterhours contact number for guests with emergencies. First rate operation!!
